What is the check-in and check-out time?

How can I request late check-out?
Late check-out is based on availability. Please reach out to our front desk to inquire if late check-out is available on the day of your departure. Late check-out is subject to additional charges.
Can I request early check-in?
Early check-in is based on availability and is in not guaranteed unless booked from the previous night. Patterns for our departing guests vary daily. With this in mind, in the event your room type is available and fully serviced by our housekeeping department, the hotel will provide an early check-in when possible and is subject to additional charges.
Will I be charged for an early departure?
If your booking is prepaid, nonrefundable – the full stay will still be charged. All other reservations will be subject to an early departure fee.
Is the hotel pet friendly?
Pets are NOT allowed.
Does the hotel provide any Wi-Fi services?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included in the daily Facility Fee.
What is minimum age required to check-in?
Minimum age to check-in is 18, guest must have a valid government ID and credit card. Guests 17 years old or under must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years old or over.
What is the hotels’ cancellation policy?
Cancellation is 24 hours prior to arrival date before 4PM EST. Certain bookings, such as those that are non-refundable, have different cancellation policies. Please double check your confirmation.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
The Pearl Hotel is a smoke-free property. There is a designated smoking area outside of the building. If we find evidence of smoking in the room, there will be a US$ 300.00 damage fee that will be applied. Excessive noise and all smoke complaints will be addressed by Management. If you experience any type of noise or smoke issue during your stay, please dial “0” for assistance.
What is the facility fee included with my reservation?
The hotel charges Facility Fee of US$ 30.00 + tax per night in addition to the room rates. This fee provides numerous services and amenities listed in the Hotel Amenities tab on the website.
Which is the closest subway station to the hotel?
Within two blocks of the hotel, you will find the N, R, W, 1, C and E train stations.
Does the hotel have onsite parking and/or valet parking offered?
There is a self-parking garage at a hotel discounted rate of US$ 45.00 for every 24 hour period (1 in-1 out). There will be an additional $10 for oversize cars like vans or SUV's. The parking garage address is 140 West 51st Street. Valet parking rate is US$ 65.00 for every 24 hour period (1 in-1 out). There will be an additional $10 for oversize cars like vans or SUV's. You may pull up to the front of the hotel for valet parking

Do you have room service?
We currently do not have room service but there is a restaurant in the building that serves lunch and dinner, at the same time you are welcome to order food delivery via apps.
Does the hotel require any kind of deposit prior to checking in?

A security deposit by credit card is required upon check-in. This security deposit of US$ 100.00 for a one night stay, or $200 for multiple nights, will be released on departure date if there are no incidentals charges to your stay.

 

Does the hotel provide child cribs?
Yes, free of charge.
DOES THE PEARL HOTEL PROVIDE ROLLAWAY BEDS OR COTS?
We do not carry cots or rollaway beds.
DOES THE PEARL HOTEL HANDLE PACKAGES FOR GUESTS? IS THERE A FEE TO HANDLE PACKAGES?
You are welcome to have your packages sent to the hotel.  Please make sure the package is addressed to a registered guest, so we may know who the package is for, and we shall keep it in storage until your arrival with us. The hotel address is 233 West 49th Street. New York, NY 10019. This service is included in your daily Facility Fee.
Does the hotel have a baggage holding area? Is there a fee?
Yes, we do have a luggage holding area. Guests are permitted to store luggage during the dates of their stay only. The hotel cannot hold onto luggage prior to arrival or post departure date at 10:00 PM. In addition, the hotel does NOT offer overnight storage. Groups of 10 or more arriving at the same time are subject to porterage fees. Individual check-ins: free of charge.

We do have meeting or banquet space
Does the hotel offer any rooms for the disabled?
Yes, we have ADA Rooms available at the hotel. Subject to availability.
Does the hotel offer dry cleaning services?
Yes, The Pearl Hotel offers laundry valet service and dry cleaning service. Please check with our Front Desk for pricing.
