Late check-out is based on availability. Contact our Front Desk on your departure day to check availability; additional charges may apply.

Early check-in is based on availability and can't be guaranteed unless booked the night before. Because guest departures vary daily, we can offer early check-in once your room type is ready and fully serviced by housekeeping; additional charges may apply.

Prepaid, non-refundable bookings are charged in full regardless of an early departure. All other reservations are subject to an early departure fee.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in, with a valid government-issued ID and credit card. Guests 17 or younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.

The Pearl Hotel charges a facility fee of $30 plus tax per night, in addition to the room rate. It includes unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, access to the fitness room, 24-hour coffee, tea, and light snacks at the Gem Café, in-room Keurig coffee and tea service, a nightly wine hour, domestic fax, photocopy, and printing services, in-room domestic phone calls, and everyday essentials (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, sewing kit, shoe mitt, emery board, ear plugs, and more).

Each night is taxed as follows: 8.875% NY State sales tax, 5.875% NYC sales tax, a NYC occupancy tax of $2/$4/$6 depending on room type, and a $1.50 NY State unit fee.
